During a 10 year career with Commonwealth Bank, Simon gained very strong lending skills and managed many major accounts and large loan proposals. Simon’s banking career included highlights such as an inaugural Commonwealth Bank General Manager’s Award.
In pursuit of establishing a finance consulting business which offered clients a comprehensive service like no other company, Simon founded 6-Point in 1998. The company just keeps going from strength to strength.

A self-confessed “Property-junkie”, Simon purchased his first house at age 22 and has continued to acquire a substantial property portfolio. When the opportunity arose in 2008 to become one of the first (qualified) Property Investment Advisors in the country Simon took the opportunity to both build on his own property knowledge and to create a new division of 6-Point that focused on assisting clients who are looking to increase their asset base through property investment.
Simon’s philosophy is “If it is worth doing, it is worth doing well” and this attitude combined with a natural ability to think strategically has allowed Simon to build one of the most awarded professional services businesses in Australia. With over 20 years experience in banking and finance, including being the founder and managing director of the 6-Point Group, Simon has a wealth of experience with property investment clients.
